Electrical installation work across multiple Banking Hub projects in the North of England, working within the wider contractor delivery team.
BMS installation has formed part of our work since 2020. Our experience covers the cabling and installation works that support building management systems, working alongside controls specialists.
Health and safety is part of how we plan, manage and deliver our works. Our approach is proactive: identify risks early, brief the people doing the work and review the arrangements as site conditions change.
Project-specific risk assessments and method statements set out the hazards, control measures and safe sequence of work. We coordinate our arrangements with the Principal Contractor and other trades before starting.
Site inductions, task briefings and toolbox talks communicate the precautions required. Competence, supervision and subcontractor requirements are considered alongside the scope of work.
Ongoing supervision and site checks help identify changing risks. Where access, work activities or site conditions change, we review the controls and communicate the revised arrangements to those affected.
We encourage everyone working on our behalf to raise hazards, near misses and concerns promptly. If work cannot proceed safely, it should stop until suitable controls are in place. Lessons learned inform future planning and briefings.
